Things to remember when cooking with a gas stove
- Ensure proper ventilation
- Never leave your cooking unattended
- Close the regulator knob to OFF position when the cylinder is not in use
- Do not place flammable or plastic items near the flame
- Wear clothes that do not catch fire easily
- Do not place gas cylinders on or near your stove
Storage of gas Cylinders at home
- Store spare or empty cylinders in a well‑ventilated area
- Store away from electrical outlets and electrical equipment
- Store in an area not accessible to children
