Things to remember when cooking with a gas stove

  • Ensure proper ventilation
  • Never leave your cooking unattended
  • Close?the?regulator?knob?to?OFF?position?when?the?cylinder?is?not?in?use
  • Do not place flammable or plastic items near the flame
  • Wear clothes that do not catch fire easily
  • Do not place gas cylinders on or near your stove

Storage of gas Cylinders at home

  • Store spare or empty cylinders in a well?ventilated area
  • Store away from electrical outlets and electrical equipment
  • Store in an area not accessible to children
