¼ cup coffee grounds
20 large mint leaves, divided
2 tablespoons demerara sugar, divided

Another amazing mocktail is the famous Shirley Temple. This one is also easy to make and cools you right down on those warm summer nights. The best thing is that they are easy to make and the barman at your favourite pub or restaurant will put his or her own spin on it.
But if you make it at home, this is what you’ll need:
Ice
3 c. lemon-lime soda
Juice of 1 lime
4 tsp. grenadine
Maraschino cherries, for serving
Another favourite is also the famous Pina Colada. This mocktail will ensure that you feel like you are on a tropical island with your friends!
What you’ll need:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple chunks (frozen)
1/4 cup ice
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Optional: 1 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Garnish: fresh pineapple wedges
Garnish: maraschino cherry
