Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club recently hosted their Senior Ladies’ Golf Open.
Golf has tremendously changed since the reopening of after the Covid-19 lockdown but the restrictions did not deter these lady golfers to show off their skills on the course.
Twenty players from around the Highveld participated in the day and the format was 4-ball alliance.

The results were as follow:
Best IPS score: Anli Prinsloo and Janice Swanepoel made sure to make it difficult as Anli took first place in a count out with 34 points.
The winners of the 4-ball Alliance with 92 points were: Annetjie Bruwer, Leonie van Greunen, Coleen Prinsloo and Wilma Wilson.
In a close second with 91 points were: Anli Prinsloo, Gesie Schutte, Estie Buckley and Lynette Claasse.

The ladies raved about the immaculate condition of the Graceland course and said that they will definitely be returning for the Senior Ladies’ Golf Open next year.
