Chef Shepard Ndluli is the lifeline of Bosveld Lapa restaurant.
The Bulletin spoke to Chef Shepard about his work at Bosveld Lapa.
Shepard started with the restaurant when it first opened in Kinross, 25 years ago.

From a meagre beginning of making pizzas, Shepard grew to be a quality Chef, preparing dishes at Bosveld Lapa such as Shepard’s Surprise, Lip Lick and the Lip Smack. Shepard personally prefers the Mutton Curry.
Bosveld Lapa started on the 25th of November 1995 and Shepard started with them at the same time.
The dishes at Bosveld Lapa are well prepared and very tasteful.
