Les Mills Sprint: A first in South Africa with Moove Motion Fitness

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits with electrifying music. Moove Motion Fitness is the first gym chain in South Africa to launch Les Mills Sprint. On Wednesday, 5 February, Moove Motion Fitness Secunda introduced the programme to its members. The launch class was led by Les Mills Qualified Trainer, Belinda Boer.
“We really feel like this is the next evolution of Indoor Cycling for Moove,” Dean Wrigley, Regional Manager and Master Trainer at Moove, told The Bulletin. “It’s really important for our members who have been training a long time to continually evolve their fitness programme and Les Mills Sprint really amps it up and energises Indoor Cycling in a different way that leads to greater improvement and overall fitness. It’s also a great way to make friends and support each other.”
The beauty about this is that every 3 months, Les Mills launches a new class format for Sprint.
They put all the science and motivation together into a neat package and deliver it to the world. Our Moove Trainers learn all the new moves and workouts and put it all together to deliver it to our valued members.
