Police re-launch Women’s Networking group

Police members dance at the re-launch of the Women’s Networking and Men for Change groups on Tuesday (14 February).

Secunda Police re-launched the Women’s Networking and Men for Change branches in the Secunda area on Tuesday, 14 February.
They held a function at Lake Umuzi and police members enjoyed lunch and danced as they also celebrated Valentine’s Day.
According to Lt Bettina Zondo, spokesman of Secunda Police, any member of the police who is interested can join the Women’s Networking and Men for Change groups.
The aim of the group is to make a difference in the community and also to get to know each other.
Members from other police stations in the region including eMzinoni, Bethal, eMbalenhle, Kinross, Evander and Trichardt attended the function.
“We want to speak in one voice, help others and change lives,” said Lt. Zondo.
