Cansa launches Relay for Life

Cansa Secunda hosted a function at Multilink Conference Centre on Tuesday (31 January) to launch this year’s Relay for Life.
The relay is taking place at the Sasol Club on 4 March.
The Relay for Life chairman, Charné Olivier, they hope to attract at least 3 000 people this year.
The money raised from this event is used to help local cancer patients with the necessary amenities.
She said anyone can participate in the relay and join the night’s activities.
Gisele Bosman from Cansa refers to money raised for this cause as their mission fuel.
She explained the deeper, more emotional meaning and symbolism of Relay for Life.
