A team of youth workers and missionaries, mostly from Brazil, Madagascar, Mozambique and South Africa is visiting Secunda this week.
They arrived on Saturday, 22 October and visited several schools in Secunda and eMbalenhle during the week where they ministered to the children and brought the message of Jesus Christ to them.
The children enjoyed dancing with the youth workers.
Their topic for the week was Flame the Fire.
Sponsors from several businesses in Secunda made the visit possible. The team thanked Johan and Serene Rosslee for the accommodation at the Green Inn Hotel, Michael and Michelle Lindeque from Lynco for the food, Avalon Day Spa for the massages, Terino Bakery, Spar in the CBD, Graceland Casino, Perfect Water and all the other individuals who helped and supported them.
Kingdom Vision Ministry Network, Mount Zion Prayer Hill and Cross Care Missions took hands with various churches in Secunda and launched the community outreach programme that included the missionaries from Brazil, Madagascar and Mozambiques’s visit to Secunda. The aim of the visit is to do missionary work, but also to speak about community upliftment, dealing with troubled youth and to take hands and unite.
The team invited everyone to their Flame the Fire youth evening on Saturday, 29 October at 18:30 at the God Never Fails (GNF) Church on the corner of Vaalrivier and Krokodilrivier Street.
